Nottinghamshire Police and Crime Commissioner Paddy Tipping has secured more than £400k of extra funding to support victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence amid the pandemic. The funding, which amounts to £424,514, comes on top of the PCC’s usual Ministry of Justice (MoJ) Victim Services’ Grant.
As part of the £40m funding, the MOJ has provided PCCs with an uplift to their core victim support grant that is targeted at community based support services for victims of sexual violence and domestic abuse. Allocations for Nottinghamshire are as follows:
- Domestic Abuse - £196,355
- Sexual Violence - £139,533
The Rape Support Fund of £88,626 has already been allocated locally because in Nottinghamshire the MOJ's Rape Support Fund is devolved to the PCC.
For more information and how to apply for funding please download and read the Guidance Notes before completing the Expression of Interest form available below:
The deadline for the Expression of Interest Form is 11.59pm on Sunday 28th February 2021
Completed Expression of Interest Forms should be sent to

at
Nottinghamshire Office of the Police and Crime
The timescale is very tight and the PCC will not be able to consider any late expressions of interest. Please note that your Expression of Interest Form does not guarantee that you will receive funding. Funding will be confirmed by a letter from the PCC.
