City Centre Walkabout Wednesday - 21 December 2022

Description: The Police and Crime Commissioner for Nottinghamshire, Caroline Henry, will meet people during a 'walkabout' tour of Nottingham City Centre.

The visit part of the 'Walkabout Wednesday' events undertaken by Commissioner each month. Residents are invited to use the opportunity to raise any concerns they have about crime or antisocial behaviour in the area as well as find out about the safety improvements taking place.
Commissioner Henry will be joined by Nottinghamshire's new Chief Constable Kate Meynell, Chief Inspector Amy English, Neighbourhood Inspector Paul Gummer and Officers from the local Neighbourhood Policing Team. The High Sheriff of Nottinghamshire, Paul Southby will also join the Commissioner along with local councillors and Philip Broxholme, Senior Community Safety Manager at Nottingham City Council. The route will incorporate a number of local streets in the area including the Nottingham Christmas Market.
