A complaint is any expression of dissatisfaction that is expressed by, or on behalf of, a member of the public It must be made by a person who meets the definitition of a complaint (please see our FAQs page for further information).
If we are not the appropriate authority to investigate your complaint, we will forward your complaint on to the appropriate authority for consideration.
