Research and Insight Manager

 POST: Research and Insight Manager
BASED: Nottinghamshire Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner
 HOURS: Full-Time - 37 hours
 SALARY: £34,578 - £36,369

We want to recruit a Research and Insight Manager to lead and support the delivery of our research and insight functions – bridging the gap between intelligence assessment, performance information and strategy to ensure an effective and evidence-led approach to delivering the priorities and ambitions of the Make Notts Safe Plan.

You will work closely with our Policy and Scrutiny Manager and our Partnership Analysts to review emerging risks and threats to the delivery of the Make Notts Safe Plan, assess what is working, and drive continuous improvement in policing, crime reduction and victim support services across Nottinghamshire.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual with experience of identifying and responding to organisational insight and analytical needs, manipulating complex information and drawing meaningful conclusions from date, research and intelligence.

Through building positive, collaborative relationships internally and externally, with police colleagues, partners and the public of Nottinghamshire, you will contribute to transformation and ensure the delivery of excellent services that provide effective safeguarding, and which are value for money.

We want our workforce to represent the communities we serve, creating a culture where everyone feels safe and is welcomed, and we committed to equality, diversity and inclusion.

In return, working in our Office offers professional satisfaction as well as the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of other people.
